Triangle pose - trikonasana - looks simple but I notice when I fine tune and make my adjustments, I can feel the benefits throughout my entire body:
Begin in Warrior 2
On an inhale, straighten your front leg and very subtly shift your hips toward your back heel
Hinge or reach forward from your hips and bring your forward hand onto your shin or a block (or your foot as shown here) and reach your other hand towards the sky and gaze up at your fingertips
Breathe and notice the engagement of your core, the stretch in your side, spine, shoulders, the lightness in your hips
Come out gently and repeat on the other side
Take a moment to appreciate the flow of renewed energy
