Drishti is the practice of focused gaze during yoga asana and meditation. This element can enhance your concentration and help still the fluctuations of the mind.

I love during a yoga practice when the instructor will tell us where our gaze should go - it seems to bring me back to my set intention: the mind-body connection is made.
